Hide RSS Feed Title in RSS Viewer Web Part
In this blog post, I will show you how to hide that irritating RSS feed title you get when using the RSS Viewer web part in SharePoint 2010, as shown here:
Upon editing the RSS Viewer web part, open the XSL Editor. Under the "RSSMainTemplate" section, comment out the following lines shown here:

I would like to remove description(More...) option for my feeds. Because some of the feeds are showing description but some of them are not. I would like to edit the xsl editor. Please guide me. If I click on the feed it needs to direct to the source. Thank you

arjun, did you uncheck the "Show feed title and description" check box in the RSS web part properties?
